     ~ an indulgent range of Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Olives and Olive Products. 

Olives, like grapes, have individual flavour characteristics linked to variety.  For this reason we have chosen to produce varietal oils which offer a range of aroma and taste sensations. 

Our Cellar Door is a red clay, hand built tribute to the rich soils and a wonderful view over the silver green foliage of the Olive Grove and seasonal colours and textures of the Vineyard sweeping the northern slope down towards the township of Rutherglen.
